Helpful tip: Always confirm with your Team Admin to find out what booking permissions you have.
There are 3 options for you to invite clients, colleagues, or friends to join you in Deskpass spaces.
Option #1: Make A "Desk" Reservation For General Coworking:
As long as your Team Admin has enabled your account to allow guest reservations, you can use your Deskpass credits to invite up to 4 guests per day in open seating zones for general coworking. Note that spaces may have limited seats available, which may cap the number of guests you can invite.
To make a reservation, browse our Spaces page and make sure the "Desk" filter is selected.
After making your reservation, invite your guest(s) on the reservation page in your Deskpass app, after making a reservation.
Action is required: Your guest needs to confirm the email invitation you've sent in order to enter the space.
Meet your guest(s) upon arrival and accompany them inside.
Follow house rules and let the space manager know the guest is with you.
Option #2: Rent A Meeting Room
"Meet" reservations allow you to rent a meeting room by the hour, half day, or full day.
To make a reservation, browse our Spaces page and make sure the "Meet" filter is selected.
The number of available seating indicates the max amount of guests (including yourself) that can fit into the meeting room.
Meet your guest(s) upon arrival and accompany them inside.
Follow house rules and let the space manager know the guest is with you.
End your meeting on time and start packing up 5 minutes before end.
You do not need to use Deskpass credits for guests working in your reserved meeting room.
If you want to use the open seating zones after your meeting, a separate Deskpass reservation is required for each person.
Option #3: Rent A Private Office
"Office" reservations allow you to rent a private office by the full day, or for multiple days in a row.
To make a reservation, browse our Spaces page and make sure the "Office" filter is selected.
The number of available seating indicates the max amount of guests (including yourself) that can fit into the private office.
Additional information may be requested by the space prior to your office reservation being approved.
Please Note: If you are unable to add a guest to a reservation it may be for one of the following reasons:
You do not have enough credits on your account.
The space is at capacity for Deskpass members for the day.
The space does not allow guests.
The space requires ID verification, which is not available for guests at this time.
Your Team Admin has not granted you permissions to add guests.
