Please note the following guidelines for cancelling meeting room rental reservations:
- Reservation must be canceled at least 24 hours before the reservation starts
- If reservation is made within 24 hours of the start time, there is a 15 minute window after a reservation is made to cancel (this is a grace period for any erroneous reservations made)
- If you cannot attend your meeting room reservation, please cancel your reservation by visiting the Reservations page of your Deskpass account
- Canceling your reservation is not only a courtesy to the space, it prevents you from being charged for your reservation (If cancelation is made at least 24 hours prior to start time)
