Please note the following for MEET reservations:

  • A MEET reservation must be canceled at least 24 hours before the reservation starts to avoid a cancelation fee, unless the space has elected a longer or shorter cancelation window

  • Each space's cancelation policy is shown during the reservation process, prior to reservation request or confirmation

  • Once the reservation is made, there is a 15 minute window to cancel (this is a grace period for any erroneous reservations made)

  • If you cannot attend your MEET reservation, please cancel your reservation by visiting the Reservations page of your Deskpass account

  • Canceling your reservation is not only a courtesy to the space, it prevents you from being charged for your reservation if the cancelation is made outside of the cancelation window
