Please note the following for MEET reservations:
A MEET reservation must be canceled at least 24 hours before the reservation starts to avoid a cancelation fee, unless the space has elected a longer or shorter cancelation window
Each space's cancelation policy is shown during the reservation process, prior to reservation request or confirmation
Once the reservation is made, there is a 15 minute window to cancel (this is a grace period for any erroneous reservations made)
If you cannot attend your MEET reservation, please cancel your reservation by visiting the Reservations page of your Deskpass account
Canceling your reservation is not only a courtesy to the space, it prevents you from being charged for your reservation if the cancelation is made outside of the cancelation window
