The Deskpass network has reopened on a city-by-city basis, dependent on each city's local government orders and their reopening recommendations.

You can learn more about our reopening process and see which cities are reopened, in our blog post announcement here.

If your city has been reopened, you are welcome to unpause your account and start making reservations again.

To unpause your account:

  • Log in to your Deskpass account
  • Visit your Account page
  • Click the Reactivate Account button
  • On the confirmation screen you will see the number of prior credits on your account, and have the option to select a different plan if desired.


Once your account is reactivated your prior credits will be added back and you can start making Deskpass reservations again!
