Notice: As of September 30, 2022 Deskpass will no longer offer Individual Subscription Plans.

In order to utilize your accrued credits, existing Deskpass Members have been provided the option to remain on their current plan until June 30, 2023. At that time all monthly subscriptions will be discontinued and any accrued rollover credits will expire and no longer be available for use.

  • After September 30, 2022, Deskpass will no longer offer a Pause feature.

  • Accounts with a Paused status after September 30, 2022 will still have the option to return to their original subscription plan.

  • If an account un-pauses, all post September 30, 2021 policies will apply.

For existing paused members, instructions to un-pause are below. Please note once un-paused you will be unable to return to a paused state.

To un-pause your account:

  • Visit your Account page

  • Click the Reactivate Account button

  • On the confirmation screen you will see the number of prior credits on your account, and you will be returned to your original subscription plan

Once your account is reactivated your prior credits will be added back and you can start making Deskpass reservations again!
