We appreciate you sticking with us! You are welcome to un-pause your account and start making reservations again at any time.

To un-pause your account:

  • Visit your Account page

  • Click the Reactivate Account button

  • On the confirmation screen you will see the number of prior credits on your account, and have the option to select a different plan if desired.


Once your account is reactivated your prior credits will be added back and you can start making Deskpass reservations again!
