Notice: As of September 30, 2022 Deskpass no longer offers Individual Subscription Plans.
In order to utilize your accrued credits, existing Deskpass Members have been provided the option to remain on their current plan until June 30, 2023. At that time all monthly subscriptions will be discontinued and any accrued rollover credits will expire and no longer be available for use.
As of September 30, 2022, Deskpass no longer offers a Pause feature.
Accounts with a Paused status after September 30, 2022 have the option to return to their original subscription plan up until June 30, 2023.
If an account un-pauses, all post September 30, 2022 policies will apply and you will not have the ability to pause again.
For existing paused members, instructions to un-pause are below. Please note once un-paused you will be unable to return to a paused state.
To un-pause your account:
Log in to your Deskpass account
Visit your Account page
Click the Reactivate Account button
On the confirmation screen you will see the number of prior credits on your account, and you will be returned to your original subscription plan
Once your account is reactivated your prior credits will be added back and you can start making Deskpass reservations again!
